Career and Talent Development

**IMPORTANT**

The Career and Talent Development Department at Florida International University has partnered with Handshake - a modern career development platform - to replace our current Panther JobLink Symplicity System and be your one-stop-shop for launching your career.

Handshake offers new features, enabling you to:

  • Access personalized job recommendations based on your major and interests

  • Register for Career Fairs and network with Employers

  • Manage on-campus interviews with top companies

  • Schedule appointments with your career advisors

The Career and Talent Development Department will preload your profile and you will be able to access your Handshake account beginning on July 1st, 2017. You will receive in the coming days an invitation email with instructions on how to access your account.

At the Career and Talent Development Department, our priority is you! We are the FIU student and alumni career resource. Our highly trained staff is dedicated to helping you make your career dreams a reality. We offer help in choosing a major, resume writing and critiques, practice interviews, career transition and assessments, among other services to help you move your career forward.
