  • Programs on Demand

Thank you for considering the Center for Leadership & Service for your leadership training needs. The CLS Programs on Demand is a leadership training experience where you can consult with our departments trained leadership consultants to request trainings and group facilitation.

As our mission is to provide students with developmental and experiential opportunities that foster leadership and community involvement, our department’s trained facilitators are prepared to guide your participants through a unique leadership development experience. Facilitation is free for all FIU students; however, we do provide services for faculty, staff, and non-FIU affiliated groups for a nominal fee. Although we try to accommodate your group’s preferred time, preference will be given to groups who are available during business hours.

CLS staff can provide sessions such as:

    • Running an Effective Meeting
    • Delegation
    • Appreciating Difference
