College of Law Housing

FIU Housing is pleased to offer housing to College of Law students in Parkview Hall.

College of Law Housing Term dates:

Fall 2020: August 11, 2020 to December 14, 2020

Spring 2021: January 11, 2021 to May 16, 2021

College of Law students will be able to remain in their assigned rooms over the winter break at no additional charge.

College of Law students needing to stay after May 16, 2021 for the Law Review Competition will be allowed to stay for $30.00 night until May 31, 2021.

Parkview Hall

Parkview Hall is a community featuring fully furnished 4-bedroom/2-bathroom apartments. The Parkview Hall is home to 596 first-year and upper-class Honors students and 15 resident assistants.
