Living safely within a community is everyone's responsibility. We want FIU to be the safest community it can be, and we need your help. Campus Police

Florida International University Police Department (FIUPD) is committed to improving the quality of life in a collaborative effort with community members while enforcing state laws and university policies in a professional manner. The FIUPD employs a community oriented policing approach to problem solving. FIUPD works diligently to prevent and investigate criminal activity, provide for a safe flow of vehicle and pedestrian traffic and find solutions to the issues that affect our students, our faculty, and our staff.

Hurricane Preparedness & Evacuation
