Graphic Design Requests

You can request artwork for a number of categories including flyers, postcards, social media posts, tickets, LCD ads, etc. If you would like to request a different category, select “Other” and describe your request in the description box. Always make the description box as detailed as possible. Make sure to include any color preferences, sizes, or themes, if any. The information you provide about the event and/or design will help the Marketing Team better understand what you are looking for. At the present time, we can only accept Graphic Design Requests from registered Campus Life BBC student councils.

Digital Screen Ads

Please note that we can only upload artwork on the Campus Life screens found outside of our office. To submit artwork on other screens found on campus, use the WUC submission form.

If you already have artwork designed and would like it placed on the LCD screens in Campus Life, you must upload the appropriate file. Your artwork must be formatted horizontally (4320 px x 1920 px). We accept JPEGs, but if you upload a program file (.psd, .ai, .eps, etc), we can reformat the artwork if necessary. These requests are not guaranteed and are fulfilled at staff discretion.

Graphic Design Request Deadlines

Graphic Design Request forms must be filled out three (3) weeks prior to the event date. You will need to advertise in the days leading up to your event, so please keep this in mind when requesting artwork. The Marketing Team will contact you with questions and proofs. You must respond to emails in a timely manner to ensure that your request meets the deadline. Submissions made less than three weeks prior to event start will be denied.


Once your Graphic Design Request is submitted, your advisor will have to approve it in order for us to proceed with the actual design. We recommend contacting your advisor once the submission is made and ask him or her to review your request through OrgSync. This will help you to expedite the approval process.  All designs (flyers, logos, banners, t-shirts, etc.) need to be pre-approved prior to ordering and distribution. Design imagery may not include: profanity, firearms, nudity, or copyrighted material.

Top 5 Event Planning Tips

  1. Start planning early! Five weeks before your event is ideal (Graphic requests have a three week turn around).
  2. Consider your budget and determine whether or not additional funding will need to be secured.
  3. Make sure your event is not conflicting with other events on campus.
  4. Reserve your space and register your event.
  5. Consider how you’re going to make your event stand out through marketing and promotions. You can utilize the Campus Life Marketing Team’s help for free!
