Women Who Lead (WWL) is a two day leadership & career virtual conference designed to enhance the personal, professional & academic leadership development of students at FIU. With Women Who Lead, we seek to:

- enhance participant’s understanding & awareness about the scope of women in leadership in our society today;

- provide participants with an opportunity to interact with & learn from women leaders in a variety of career fields;

- develop a greater understanding of the diversity of careers available in a variety of fields; and

- assist our students in developing their personal leadership plan.
