SPC co-sponsors a number of programs throughout the year with other organizations and departments on campus. If you would like to work with SPC to co-sponsor an event, please submit the Co-Sponsorship Form to the SPC office or to the Department of Campus Life (GC2240). SPC will contact you 1-2 weeks after your submission.

SPC Borrowing Request Form

SPC allows other campus organizations and university departments the opportunity of borrowing certain items from our council. Fill out the Borrowing Request Form if you are requesting to borrow something from SPC. Please submit all requests at least 1 month before your event. SPC will contact you 1 – 2 weeks after your submission.

Programming Proposals

SPC offers those who are not members of our organization the opportunity to suggest events that they would like to see on campus. With a little research and creativity, you can have your idea become SPC’s next major production.

Proposing a program is easy! Simply put your proposal in writing and submit it to the SPC office or Department of Campus Life (GC2240). Please be sure to include all of the details of your program, including proposed dates, costs and publicity ideas. SPC will contact you within 1-2 weeks of receiving the written proposal.
