Battle ropes is a simple workout tool that virtually anyone can use, so don't be intimidated and join the battle.

  • Get Fit Bootcamp

  • Reggae FLEX

Reggae FLEX is a pure wining (dancing) session that will make heads turn! Participants will lose their inhibitions and gain self-awareness through ReggaeFLEX techniques. This class focuses your mind on your “center” while providing an open, relaxed vibe to achieve the dance moves. Group breakouts in class will promote teamwork. This fun-filled, focused class will bring your body and mind to new levels.

  • Salsa

At the same time, burn calories, increase cardiovascular endurance and stamina, improve tempo and coordination and build confidence while dancing to the rhythm of salsa/mambo music. These classes will teach you all the fundamentals you need to dance socially anywhere around the world. Get ready to have fun, increase your energy and dance with confidence.
