A training formula that is guaranteed to burn fat and build lean muscle, while sweating out to the hottest hip-hop and top 40 beats.

  • Battle Ropes

Battle ropes is a class notorious for firing muscles head to toe while blasting calories and fat. Battle ropes is a simple workout tool that virtually anyone can use, so don't be intimidated and join the battle.

  • Belly, Buns & Guns

This workout routine features abs, arms and glute exercises that will alternately target each area avoiding over-fatiguing one region so you will be able to get an efficient and effective workout in one. If you are trying to look great in your bathing suit, sundress or tank top…Belly, Buns & Guns is what you need in your fitness routine.

  • Belly Dance

Belly dance is the perfect exercise for all body types and ages and helps develop core strength, flexibility and cardio. All classes begin with stretches and isolations which enable the student to learn basic dance movements. Combinations and basic choreography will be taught to beautiful and sensual music. • CABARRET

A perfect blend of sultry jazz and calorie-burning, muscle-sculpting movement. CABARRET uses the ballet bar as both support and a prop, expanding the repertory of exercises to work all major muscle groups. The bar work also serves its original purpose - to prepare the body to dance! CABARRET dance fitness classes crescendo in a series of fun, sexy dances that burn calories, improve coordination and leave you feeling fabulous.
