Lose It Weight Loss Program

Lose It is much more than a weight loss program! We want to empower you to make lifestyle changes over the course of 8 weeks! We will provide you with ample resources and opportunities to become a healthier, happier, and most importantly more confident YOU!

The program will run January 29 - March 30 (not including Spring Break).

Registration will open January 2, and close on January 26 at 5 pm.

Program includes:

  • Pre/post Program fitness assessment
  • Pre, mid, and end program weigh-ins
  • Weekly workout programs and nutrition check-ins (in-person or virtually)
  • A fun, supportive environment with accountability
  • A cooking/meal prepping lesson
  • A focus on personal, realistic weight loss goals and making positive, sustainable lifestyle changes
  • Exclusive Lose It discount on Fit2Go Healthy Gourmet delivery service (working on this)
  • Prizes!
  • Unlimited group workouts per week
    **Sessions will be held Monday - Thursday at 7:00 am and 5:30 pm for 8 weeks. Participants can attend any session
  • An official Lose It! T-shirt (for those who finish the program)
  • Two, one-on-one nutrition advising meetings
  • Weekly check-ins with Lose It personal-trainers

Faculty/Staff WRC Members $200
Non WRC Members $225

Faculty & Staff DO NOT need to be WRC Members!
Anyone who is eligible for a WRC membership is eligible for this program.
