Fitness Philosophy: "Results by Design not by Coincidence", everyone is different so there will be certain training styles more suited for those individuals or even preferred, but its a matter of acknowledging and working on them that makes it correct and not flawed.
Favorite way to stay fit: Weight lifting, specifically bodybuilding because it’s an art form in which one grows mentally, physically, and emotionally.
